When we get good juice, a meme, etc then we need to post it to a few relevant subreddits, and up vote early to give a better shot a rising.

How?

Submit solid link, to Reddit.

Then go to that subreddits /r/new section, and link that. Add the title of you post [Title of my post] next to the link.

From this sub we will go to that new section, click on link. Then upvote.

Very solid way to get upvotes early, and trend posts on Reddit. The best growth hackers in the world use this marketing method with upvote groups on skype. We can consolidate there as well.

Agreed. Voat is the place where we will do our research and organization but we have to spread the information we verify across Reddit in order to get it trending through social media.

I'm not saying you can't or shouldn't cross post to Reddit, but it seems like most people just wean themselves off of it and are happy to be rid of it once they're able to ignore it.

Nothing on Voat will trend to the masses. Since we are in this situation we make the best of it to get the message out of more relevant subreddits. Like /r/the_donald , /r/nottheonion , /r/funny , etc

No kidding, but we are trying to make this trend now. Can't move the reddit to Voat in a timely matter for any apparent reason. So we need to be vigilant in getting the word out.

Gotcha. Reddit can indeed be of use, I'm just so used to the lax chill community here that I can't imagine trying to accomplish anything over there. Best of luck to you in your efforts, to which I do contribute a little bit here and there. I can't wait for this stuff to hopefully get resolved.
