Focus on his interaction's with the CF, his banking practices are of course corrupt. He and Hillary have worked together in the past on a common issue. The healthcare system and the children of Bangladesh are worthy of the attention of the CF. Bankers like money. Corrupt politicians like money. Infrastructure is the conduit through which money flows.

EDIT: He LOVES pizza, does he like delivery?
