Some interesting things looking into this. The original creator of PB was chased out by his co-founders. http://www.phillyvoice.com/pizza-brain-co-founder-says-business-feud-led-to-departure-and-threat-to-sue/

LBIC's Cedar Park Embassy location also shares a building with a pizza place, a fried chicken place and a hotel. Their advertised new location in Baltimore will be sharing a space with something called BLK//SUGAR in the R. House which the pictures of that location looks like a cavernous old warehouse space.

Checked this out and nothing stood out about the museum site. However LBIC has a super creepy ad series on Youtube by an artist called Doug Garth Williams that they are very proud of. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=erh2ngRZxs0

Doug Garth Williams site http://dougisfamous.com/home.html first image is a photo of a guy with glasses with hearts on them. Also creepy understanding the context.

Also found kind of weird, but maybe not unusual phrases on their website: "Ice Cream is a feeling." and "100% Fantasy". The first company listed on their community partners list is a company called "All Ages Productions" described as "A full service creative film & video studio. Everything is possible."

LBIC also advertises that they are in DC every Sunday for the Union Market Pop-Up. So a DC connection there.

These are just observations.

So I have been searching Little Babies ice cream more and found a coloring book. They scenes to color are full of strange imagery. I went to look at the artists blog. Thoughts? http://burntobuild.blogspot.com/search?updated-min=2013-01-01T00:00:00-08:00&updated-max=2014-01-01T00:00:00-08:00&max-results=1

I noticed that "pop-up" in DC thing too. How convenient. Just pop in to DC for a day once a week. Hmm. Could be nothing. But I'm still curious.
