Subject: RE: Get ready for "Chicago Hot Dog Friday"

I think Obama spent about $65,000 of the tax-payers money flying in pizza/dogs from Chicago for a private party at the White House not long ago, assume we are using the same channels?

is from this chain: https://wikileaks.org/gifiles/docs/12/1223066_re-get-ready-for-chicago-hot-dog-friday-.html

Aren't government expenditure records available by FOIA request? What agency would have these records? Would it be GAO?

There should be some kind of expense accounting for $65,000 expeditures for flying pizza and hot dogs. Some people are saying that specialty catering costs money. Well, let's see specifically who got paid.
