I think the number "499" may be another code term for them. I don't want to jump to any conclusions because as you all know, this stuff is heavily coded with every day terms and phrases. But I think it may be something more than just the number. I cannot verify that this is totally accurate but it would be helpful to have some people going through the large amount of leaks and info to see if there are more connections than coincidences.
