His doctor called the cops and said he wasn't violent at the time, but that he would be when they arrived. What in the actual fuck. Since when do cops respond to that kind of complaint?! Especially because when asked about the cause, the doctor's response was DEHYDRATION, which had been going on for the past day. SO GET HIM SOME FUCKING WATER. I mean seriously.
