"Map" or "MAP" has dual meanings in regards to pedophilia. It can either be a cloth or handkerchief with body fluids from the act which can be kept as a memento or because it supposedly has occult power, or it can be an acronym meaning "minor attracted person."

The email suggests that the handkerchief itself is a map, "possibly pizza related", which would more likely mean it appeared used to the person that found it (which was not the person that sent the email to Podesta), so in the email I would think it used in the sense of having body fluids on it. In the link you posted, however, it appears to be used as "minor attracted person"...at least as far as I read.

The map just means the blood, semen, and other bodily fluids that is collected on the handkerchief when they rape the children and babies. It is kept as a token. You can clearly see it in some of their artwork like this:

There is another piece of artwork, which I can't find at the moment, where an adult is on top of a child on a bed while 2 other adults hold the child's legs and there is clearly a handkerchief under the child.

You're right, in that link map seems to mean when they realized they were attracted to children. I'm not versed in pedophilic language or slang though, so words could be used in several contexts. Maybe you should just ask them what "map" means on pedofriends? It sounds like a stupid idea, but they may just flat out tell you. Sometimes the simplest ideas work the best.
