Is the ap page going around the net (where the customer can pay for severe torture) real or false??? ( pizzagate )

A guy who said he was a dark web hacker posted a png file the other day on the comet fb page, it was disgusting to say the least, on the same level as destruction of daisy and peter sully type stuff. The hacker said they are close to releasing the rest of the info they are decrypting. Does anyone know anything about this or any more info about the login page, where is the info on the login page the reserachers found where users were downloading video files?
