Yeah this doesn't work out. CPP is the only actual fiting corner point and conneticut ave is the only fiting street. All other corners and lines would not align with any street or crossing.

It's basicly only 1 straight line to the white house EVERYTHING else wont align at all.

Also the pentagram shown in the video is not even 1/3 as big as this one has to be to fit in CPP. The small pentagram would still be acceptable, but this large one doesn't fit at all.

Even tho on the screenshot it fits, but that's some other map and google maps doesn't look like this at all. Too bad, would have been nice evidence...

No, it isn't, which can be seen in the very image you posted. Dupont Circle is at the top left point of the pentagram. Notice on the google map that Comet Ping Pong is another 3 miles northwest of Dupont Circle. Interestingly enough, though, an anonymous poster on 4chan claimed that a secret tunnel to Comet Ping Pong can be reach via the abandoned subway tunnel entrance is at Dupont Circle. Could be a troll/shill, but we won't know until someone checks it out. He gave specific directions.
