Well they still need a warrant. It seems that it got a lot easier for the FBI to do that however. Watch out for CP. Don't download it and watch for honey pots that want to collect your evidence. Also there will be more shills if this forum gets big, they will try to plant CP on us or other crimes such as defamation so take precaution. Dig on!

This is where we will need more quality moderators, ones that won't be corrupted and can just watch for illegal posts to delete them as fast as possible. Of coarse we will know full well that a shill could post and screen shot, but if it is removed, documented and user records kept, it can be used in defense of VOAT.
