People have gone by. There's even a video of Alefantis speaking to Pizzagate folks and giving them a tour of the restaurant on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gKTiUaloDDA

Anything that was there before is long gone.

A mini drone at night with a night cam would be cool

Rc 4x4 with go pro cam and live gps feed. That way you map it out on gps and get recording of the tunnels. I would recommend using a smaller electric rc truck like a rustler. You want big enough to get over small objects and small enough to avoid anyone in there by out maneuvering and out Speeding them. That's a worse case scenario though. The rustler is big enough to mount everything necessary without its speed and manuerving impeeded. Keep the shell off the frame and go with a go pro and live Gps feed and your golden. You'll have video of the tunnels and a mapped out tunnel to match the video. Only thing I can say is good luck finding the tunnels without getting into serious shit first.

GPS usually doesn't work well underground. You don't get good enough reception. To the point where Verizon and Ford have worked on ways to get the signal underground (which require antennas that transmit the signal): https://www.telogis.com/blog/how-to-get-gps-tracking-working-underground

That's over three miles from Comet.

pizzathrowaway

Yes it is. Seems VERY unlikely it connects to Comet, or anything on the other side of Rock Creek.

There are reports that a lot of cars are moving around near Comet late at night. It might be possible for someone to observe and maybe film to see if this is true.

I'd be interested in knowing how their business is doing and if there are any indications that they're packing up and getting ready to move out.

That's interesting if true. They may be covering their tracks and closing up shop. And I don't mean the pizzeria, I mean the other "shop". We need to get someone there asap to investigate.

Well lets get someone

Can we hire one

Dont investigate anywhere alone, go in a group if you go anywhere at all. Unless you're feeling "suicidal".

There is no point. Any evidence that would have been found in Comet Pizza is long gone. A better idea would be to find an entrance into the underground tunnel system and investigate it and map all entrances/exits. Seems pretty dangerous though.
