This is going to sound really out there, but google has quantum computers and AI that they use for various tasks. If you've seen the TED talks about it then you'll know they admit they don't actually understand how they work exactly, but they do say that it accesses parallel universes.. id prefer to call it alternate timelines.. Well anyway it means they could potentially mess with our timeline as far as information goes and possibly change vast quantities of data simultaneously. If you watch the TED talks on the D-Wave systems owned by Google and Nasa its pretty spooky stuff. And then research Andrew Bassagio whistleblower on black projects related to time access devices and well who knows what can be done. However I do feel there are limitations of what they can do due to what has been described as anomalies whenever they try to really mess with things. Like with CERN, it always breaks down or fails when they try to do something dangerous. we can only speculate why that might be. I have my own theories and i'm hopeful.
