The name of the pizza joint is BlackJack Pizza which I think is a franchise that has since changed hands. The manager of the two shooters (a guy named Jason Secor) answered a lot of questions here:

Apparently this Jason guy was a target of the two shooters. They dropped by BlackJack and tried to find him but he was late.
