I don't want to see things not there but the home page has an interesting picture of a sword through a big piece of meat. Yet the position of the sword and the shape of the meat seems to suggest possibly something else? The red/white napkin on the left is folded funny.

I'll admit that I went into the picture looking for something but I didn't expect it to actually make me go ' Hmm! '!

I won't say what I see so I don't ruin it for others. But I'm pretty sure I see what you see and that napkin and sword placement is definitely weird seeming. Showed it to my SO and just asked if he noticed something weird, he did too.

And the candle placement seems strange too. Don't want to read too much into nothing, but now I can't stop seeing it.

Edit: And that one stray piece of yarn almost looks like pasta to the bottom left.
