Nice find but the top left horizontal tunnel looks run near N St. NW. That's not close to Pedo-Ping Pong at all. We need maps of the greater D.C. Maryland area tunnels. Tunnels are not a smoking gun either...

So, if I am seeing it correctly, the dupont underground tunnel would be the nearly vertical one to the left of the cross looking thing, right?

I believe Dupont Circle is the New Hampshire shaped (enclosed figure) to the right of the scheme. -- Connecticut Ave NW is not lit -- it goes nearly directly north and somewhat northwest -- hmmm north by northwest -- from Dupont Circle through the large blank area
