I can tell you the bottle is from CVS and the extra blue warning bands at the top are consistent with a prescription of a drug on a DEA schedule - ambien, klonopin, adderall, percocet, etc.

I can't read it clearly enough. It might say what kind of markers are on the pill (numbers, letters) on the side of the bottle.
