I don't think it's illegal to post clothed pictures of those under 18. Might be sick or twisted, but illegal? That's a stretch. There's enough actual child porn I hear the FBI doesn't worry about that on the edge.

So I looked and it's for women over 18. That's legal. Reddit also has porn on its site. Part of the deal being hosted by these public places. Here's the rules at YoungLadies: Our rules:
