Obviously there is an age difference but maybe the photos were taken a couple of years apart... And I don't think the baby with the cash is actually in Europe, never heard that before.

Podesta travelled to europe frequently, no other explanation for that quantity, more than 1,000 there, its in the email, and the original photo in the instagram has comments about these photos, all these photo's are backed up on the net, I suggest you find the original backups and the comments that belong with them
