That doc is about the mafia using some pizza places and cheese shops in PA as money laundering fronts. This really has nothing to do with Pizzagate.

This is called confirmation bias. Some pizza places being associated with crime decades ago doesn't mean it's connected. The Mafia are Italian. Italians like pizza. Also, don't insult other users.
