Can people who know about these things tell us how to research, investigate, and participate here on voat (or elsewhere) and do it as anonymously as possible and whatever else we should do to protect ourselves from easy identification?

I've posted a few times but mostly I lurk and read because I'm afraid to get too involved. I don't know how to protect myself and participate anonymously.
