This would be a HUGE red flag on the Clinton Foundation. I don't think his lawyers would make that claim during a plea bargain if they couldn't back it up with tangible evidence. Doug Band who is credited as founding the Clinton Global Initiative has been on the Loilita Express before. Is there a stronger connection here? I think this would be a major find if true.
