Tinychat I am not even sure are aware this is going on or not because there is no moderation or owner for this room. This is not like chatroullette. This is someone taking advantage of children site to exploit them and then letting others know there are kids in this room. Tinychat has many rooms..but this is the only one where this is going on at. Everywhere else is being moderated. Also no children in most any other chat i seen in Tinychat. It is regulated pretty well but somehow this one is slipping through the cracks. 1. someone created this room on childrens website on purpose to 2. Then link it to other pedophiles to use to broadcast themselves/videos/and perverse the children that are logging in through the site. This is not just some chatroulette thing. Someone has set this up on purpose. The IP's come from using WPE PRO and were from the 30 people in the room some of which were the ones in that screenshot on cam.

Second, weebly is a website builder and when you build the website you are using a subdomain of weebly.com ( *.weebly.com ) and you are linking to personal sites that people have created.
I don't think this has any relation to pizzagate, but you should report it.
