I think the best solution might be that wesearchr.com bounty site. There is already a $2500 bounty for someone to go look for the tunnels, and a 20k for info about Seth Rich. Putting a bounty up for showing pictures and a website that a TV tech or newscaster could cash in on might just do the trick. The hardest part would be advertising the bounty.
