There have been people telling there were no requests filed for any permit to dig at James' businesses on Connecticut Ave. That's not where this is though.

Since I am out of time at the moment, I'm putting this up as a reminder to myself as well as a request in case someone wants to check this out right now.

I mainly wonder: is the digging done illegal, but especially: Is there an existing tunnel at that location?
