We all know the FBI and NYPD are either compromised, have their hands tied, or both.
I do believe there are good people in both institutions who are pushing hard for this scandal to break. But it's clearly more complex than many of us realize--the results could truly bring down the government--so it is understandable why they are not rushing to do this. However, the scum that are these disgusting monsters must face justice.

So here is the plan.

Those Whistleblowers who have evidence. REAL EVIDENCE. SMOKING GUN EVIDENCE. Information that will put these monsters away forever.

Take all the files/data you have and put it on a USB flash drive.
Dozens of them. As many as you can afford. Water-resistant ones.

Then leave them in as many public places as you can. Go to a loud, large concert and drop three of them in the mosh pit. Leave one on the counter of a public bathroom in a bus station. Find the most popular coffee shop in the largest city you live near, and leave one hiding under a newspaper. Mail some to small town news papers and not big ones. Mail a few to small town police stations.
Throw a bunch of them in mail boxes, without postage and put return addresses of the mayor's office, or a law firm. Leave a few of them in busy parking lots, big box stores, public transit, put a few in public lockers, leave one on a park bench, a Barnes & Noble.

You get the idea. If the data is out in the wild, being circulated and reported by random sources, it will become public. It will become knowledge of those who find it. They might be able to silence a newspaper, but if John Q. Public finds it, reports it to the police and tells all his friends and family about it, it will become public.

This is happening. It is only a matter of time. Our human destiny is that of truth, justice, and the destruction of evil.
