I know that we have conclusively proved that James Alafantis' last name is truly Alafantis because of the WhitePages listing of his family. However, I remember that somebody looked up the registration for Comet Ping Pong and it was under Christopher Alafantis' name.

I couldn't find any brothers or relatives with that name.

If we find that document, we can keep the case open on whether or not he did change his name to "James" to heighten a pedophile persona.
