Why do pedos need a secret word for "semen"? ( pizzagate )

I asked this 2 days ago in a post, but I feel that is an enough important question to single it out.

Map=Semen. Why? There is no wordplay or anything there. Also, why would there be a need in the pedo scene for such a word?

As in "I want to put my map on it?" Seems like an unnecessary word in the secret language context to me ...

Map can either be an acronym for "minor-attracted person" or can mean DNA, or body fluids, on a cloth.

Yes I read that but i cannot find a source for the latter (or the first one, but that one actually seems more reasonable).
