This morning I read this BBC piece dismissing Pizzagate out of hand and asking why no witnesses or victims have come forward. Whilst I am ultra suspicious of this story and especially Podesta I think it is a good question.

Has anything been uncovered about this? Are we meant to believe that all the staff at Comet Ping Pong are pedophiles? The whole Podesta thing stinks but is there anything to link Clinton to Alefantis other than a letter thanking him for doing a fundraiser at Comet?

Lastly I have seen some chatter on Twitter suggesting that Alefantis may not be this creeps real name - is there anything to support that? I would really appreciate any links to information about these things.

I am UK based so have perhaps a bit more knowledge of the BBC's history in pedophile cases. Lets remember that Jimmy Savile, Stuart Hall, Tony Blackburn, Dave Lee Travis and several others were BBC employee's when they were using their positions to sexually assault children. The corporation is hardly a shining example when it comes to pedophile matters

A majority of it is barefaced lies and it doesn't take into consideration any of the information discovered (heaps of genuine leads), simply putting it down to 'extremist nationalist alt-right conspiracy theorists'. Users of 4chan, a message board known for free speech , extreme content and trollish behaviour, began posting speculation and supposed connections gleaned from internet searches.

If you open the Wikipedia entry on media propaganda techniques ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Propaganda_techniques) ), this quite literally looks they tried to shove every single possible type into one article. Just for example:

• Straw-man argument: “a paedophilia ring involving people at the highest levels of the Democratic Party is operating out of a Washington pizza restaurant.”

• Ad hominem and name-calling arguments: “"Are you guys even aware of how stupid all of this is." [attributed to random 4chan poster]

• Demonizing the enemy: “Alefantis, along with Comet Ping Pong employees and others, started to get threatening messages.”

• Plain/Common man and bandwagon argument: [Attributing it to a random 4chan poster] “"I'm sorry to say this guys but it was a mistake," said one recent post. "Not every conspiracy theory is true."

• Cherry-picking argument: “"They ignore basic truths," Alefantis tells BBC Trending. For instance, the conspiracy supposedly is run out of the restaurant's basement. "We don't even have a basement."

• Appeal to Authority: “Viren Swami, professor of social psychology at Anglia Ruskin University, says "pizzagate" might well be an example of a trend in a hyper-partisan America, where conspiracy theories become fodder for political factions.”

To say nothing of the overarching stereotyping, Pensee unique, exaggeration and intentional vagueness. As well as the minimization that these child-sex abuse scandals involving powerful people have been confirmed multiple times throughout recent history (the Catholic Church, Boys Town, the Franklin prostitution ring, James Saville, etc.).

This is not a news article, it is a propaganda piece. And this much propaganda crammed into one article raises a lot of red flags.

Politely, I listened as the bbc gave its opinion pieces on the "wonders of multiculturalism" all the while hundreds of assaults were brushed under the rug in the name of progress.
