I think this is Whitmore Farm at 1702 Dern Road in Emmitsburg, MD. When I turn the instagram picture side-ways it fits exactly with the lay-out, even the driveway. On the Whitmore Farm website, it says they have Welsummer chickens, and "Welsummer" is in the instagram. Toms Creek is a one hour flight from DC. I know in some of the other pedophile ring coverup documentaries kids have spoken about being boarded on airplanes and taken to other locations. I previously searched for pig farms within driving distance but a one hour flight isn't bad either.

Also, if you can get land that they own anywhere in the US that will help to find what methods they use to purchase. For example if they already own a home or commercial property you look up that property on a title search and see what company it is registered under, once you find which company it is registered under you can look up that company on secretary of state for the state where it is registered, see where the registered address is for service of process. It will probably be a private company or address. Look up that address find out which businesses are there. Once you know the business then do a search for all companies that have that address. You will have lots of names. Then go back to secretary of state sites and reverse search which other companies have used those companies for their service of process address. Once you have a list of related names, it is time for manual labor and you go through the list and see which ones could be related to them. If you need more guidance on this I am here.

I think someone found property owned by Alefantis and Brock through a bank in Roanoke, VA. Can someone search deeds and titles? Roanoke is about a 5 hour drive on major highways from Chevy Chase, MD/DC Beltway. Once you are past Chantilly, VA it's a pretty easy drive.

I fourth the dead end label. Even if this is connected and nefarious, it would be the least likely location to turn up usable evidence as the nefarious use is literally "destroying evidence". I'm not convinced that Alefantis even drew the map. Perhaps he visited this farm and thought the "to do" list was funny. Maybe lock up mom refers to a mother animal. Weak connection at it's very best.

Yes, I looked this up, too. It is a one bathroom farm house, owned by the same owners since the 1980's. Owner Chas F. Grimes. However, I did notice on the instagram picture it does say "Grimes" uppper right-hand corner. (this is for 15202 Grimes Rd in Emmitsburg, MD)

I third that this is a dead end. Emittsburg is located in Frederick County, MD. I went on the real estate tax assessment site and looked up the address. The only names listed as owners are Charles Grimes and Nancy D Grimes (appears to be age 75).

There is another "tom's creek" closer to DC. If the drawn map is accurate, and it can be matched and found easily on google maps (I'm skeptical) I'd guess it was in MD rather than southern VA just because it's closer and socially more DC-ish than Southern VA. What exactly is there to check out though? Human DNA in pig feces? Here's the MD farm I found that matches close enough to the drawing. The website says they don't have pigs for sale currently but the satellite image shows pigs. There are also many more pens in this image than in the Hoof-hearted farm image (which more closely matches the whiteboard drawing). Still it takes many leaps in logic to get here from the dry erase board, just saying.

Really really close but I am not convinced, pig farming wrecks the land you should be able to see it from sat view, and is often why indoor battery farming is done. River does not curve around the property quite as well ( appreciate thats a hand sketch ). The road parallel looks like it meets the river same as the map but lacks the buildings.
