Casa Podesta Pizza Party ( pizzagate )

I expect it is nothing, however browsing through Podesta e-mails and one caught my interest:

The first e-mail attachment jpg has a buffet counter, above the counter is a yellow tinted glass structure, looking through this is a man holding something clasped between both hands with his hands facing forward. Can anyone figure out what he is holding, part of it can be seen without being obscured.

Does the hand that comes in from the right side of the screen have a bandaid on the pinky finger? I'm on a mobile and it kind of looks like it.

I think your right looking at it again. There seems like the pictures and the text don't match on this e-mail, must be more to it...

I think he's just talking to someone with his hands raised and the yellow structure distorts the other persons' head.
