I looked up information in the database. For James Alefantis (and David Brock together), there are mortgage papers for two properties. The first was in 2006, the address is 3334 N St., the mortgage was for around $500,000. The second address is 2310 California St. NW, mortgage for $2 million. They appear to both be houses.

Someone just mentioned the Alefantis Pig Farm which appeared to be along a Toms Creek which happens to be in Wise County, VA. Wachovia Bank is now Wells Fargo (post 2008). Roanoke, VA is not far from Wise County, VA.

Achilles Lee Alefantis is the father, Louis John Alefantis is the brother.

The images show two things I can see off the bat.

One, that Brock and Alefantis have an owned property via wachovia circa 2007 together (comet ping pong?) and it seems to prove that Alefantis changed his middle name to Achilles from "Louis" as there is a "J Louis Alefantis" with similar Wachovia-linked property statements.
