As of now maybe Comet is not an entrance to the underground tunnels but DC is littered with pro-left businesses. Is their an official map that shows what businesses would be above the tunnels and have possible access? Their is no doubt these tunnels get visitors. Some of that pedo art has tiles that match the underground tunnel tiles.

Yes, it says 2 floors, but 2 businesses. What is Big Cheese and where is it on the property? Same address 2 businesses listed, but yes it does say there are two floors. Well, James, what gives?
