And the fact that he hasn't tweeted since November 7th removed any doubt in my mind about whether or not he is guilty.

I think it's interesting to note many people being implicated have gone silent or haven't responded to the claims. That isn't proof of anything but certainly it is noteworthy

He doesn't have to say anything, we have to prove something for him to speak out, even then, his legal team would tell him not to reply to anything.

We have no hard proof on anything, Alefanis has spoke out because people have been to his business, said things we have yet to prove about his business......Yes there is something wrong about that guy/comet.

That is true, but typically in cases like this someone will get a PR person to release a statement like "I condemn [activity I am accused of]. I am not sure where these rumors are coming from, but rest assured, I am finding the source; and if there is any validity behind [people I know] being involved with [activity] I will make sure they are held responsible. In the meantime, I am donating money to [organization fighting against thing I am accused of]"
