Not saying she is into CP, but if she did create the sites, then she would have created the /protected directory on both websites. Also her company website is really pretty crappy - http://www.kaloramanetworks.com/ .

I saw a post about this lady (I think it was an anon on godlikeproductions or a chan or something, maybe someone can find it with some digging), it basically said she quit the partnership with Jimmy because she walked in on him fucking her teen son and I guess ended working with stating "personal" shit or something?

There was also some other weird shit with her iirc, certainly a lesser looked at aspect.
