Tunnel Lead! Check out the manholes out front ( pizzagate )

There are obviously numerous sets of manholes out here. Like to the point where its a ridiculous amount. At the intersection of Connecticut & Nebraska there are over two dozen manholes. Those are all tunnels.

If you look at google maps, the "Broad Branch" creek starts near the Comet Ping Pong block of buildings. The creek probably extends further but was buried underground, here's an article about how parts of it downstream are being :daylighted"
