Abuse in care is an area that I know well. The coverup is systemic in a way people outside the system can't imagine. It's so bad there are cover ups of cover ups....and then more cover ups and missing information. Delays are routinely used to avoid investigations.

Given all of the above I think it is unlikely that Mr Key bothered to blink about the abuses : (

Too true mate. After the 2014 revelations I thought there would be a massive swing left. Afterwards I asked someone why they voted National. To paraphrase the answer was the revelations from Hager annoyed them (or more specifically imho upset their normalicy bias...). Truth or integrity was irrelevant.

I suspect both TheDailyBlog and TheStandard are carefully editing out any reference to Pizzagate + Key. I posted a comment on TDB mentioning Pizzagate (I was being ironic/sarcastic) but none of the comment made it through moderation. Things that make you go hmmmm....

Yes he donates to the clinton cartel foundation, and yes he has a background of dodgy deals. His resignation just adds to this conspiracy.

The Clinton Foundation is the link. Pizzagate is big enough to encompass large swaths of the world.

It may run a lot deeper than all that. Things get tested in NZ, just in case sort of thing and it is well away from the world. GMO crops were grown in NZ before being released to the rest of the world. Cashless money systems have been in place in NZ since 1987. It is a chemtrailed nation (edit: I'm not sure about this at all). NZ had subliminals tested in their TV signals in 1981 onwards, before they were rolled out in the USA. NZ has been a test nation of how to run a post Austerity economy as they were forced to Austerity measures in 1988 (I don't know about this either), was the test nation for the global surveillance collection operation used by the NSA, and is an active member of the Five Eyes spy nations group.

Maybe he has been planning to leave since Clinton lost and chose today. Perhaps he has somehow been compromised by the Clinton Foundation for more than money laundering.

Not Pizzagate - but The Clinton Foundation. Ties to the CF indicate human trafficking and are getting lumped in with Pizzagate. There is a possibility they are connected.

I think he knows he's too compromised by his association with Obama and Clinton to remain in office. Whoever follows him will have to be somebody Trump will be able to take seriously.

I do not see any link to pizzagate myself. However the timing is odd. Of note there is a Hell's Pizza chain in New Zealand. One of the funny images which pops up in the banner feed on their website is a piece of pizza with the One Eye in the centre - the NYC pizza shop the Clintons frequent also likes this image. Finally, John Key's daughter in the UK is involved with art projects including being nude and covered with food, very like a Marina Abramović piece. Other than that, it is just a resignation.
