This gentlemen seems to have many diverse linkings. Crimestoppers, dentristy, ideal father, religious, prevention of child abuse etc.. All these skills would be useful for both good and bad deeds. A force for good in getting himself involved in areas that could identify those in dire need. But also could be skills used for more nefarious activities. I don't know anything about dentistry except my own personal visits to a dentist. But the mention of dentistry seemed really odd in the mix of these skills. So, my question is this to anyone who knows more about dentistry... It seems that implants are very much a thing nowadays. All neat and smiley and samey. When you have implants, does the new implants become your new dental identification? I mean, often when a skeleton is discovered etc they are identified by their teeth, its why we are asked to 'brace' on a plane so that our teeth survive the impact at least. If you have implants, are they recorded as your identity? If so, and everyone is getting the same teeth, how would you know who that person is really? My point is, it would be handy to have a dentist or two if you dealt in such nefarious activities. Just pondering...

It's interesting that so many of these guys are connected to organize that are suppose to help children. Not to mention Hollywood. Maybe this guy was abused as a kid and now wants to help if he can. Just a thought.

Im leaning towards the idea the organizations name was changed in the past 30 years. Someone out there should know a method to check the previous business records of Protect-A-child Inc. previous to the year 2012.

I posted a video just now that D.C. has open carry. Maybe he believed he was doing something legal open carrying and intended it as some kind of 'bad ass' move. The witnesses say they didn't hear any gunshots. The whole 'shooter' would be b.s. to spin the story and make Comet into a victim.

Or perhaps he misguidedly believed the authorities would come and investigate the restaurant because of him. Terrible idea though, of course.

Couldn't this just show Welch was someone who knew things about child-trafficking? I mean, this could just as easily support the narrative that this was a legit (albeit stupid) attempt to find evidence at Comet.

Not closed yet. For all we know so far, he's a guy who is extremely committed to protecting children from abuse and that's why he went to Comet. Prove his charity work was a scam and we'll be closer. Prove he had ties to DC operatives.
