What's wrong with Steemit? And wouldn't it be a good idea to have stuff going in two places in case Voat suddenly shuts us down?

I opened a new, unique email account to join Steemit. Then they wanted my phone number. Then the process stopped dead and I was unable to join. Next I was informed that someone tried to hack my brand new email - that I had only given to Steemit, btw. Someone with a user name that included "Fuzzy" was here the other day trying to get people over to Steemit and assured me that it must have been another site I had been on about Pizzagate, or my phone was compromised, but it certainly wasn't Steemit...

Thing is, I have several email accounts, including another one with that provider, and I have had no other problems, whatsoever, with either my phone or my other email accounts.

Fuck Steemit.

That said, I used voat years before the reddit 'trumps kids' came here, and they'll all go soon enough, when the story becomes boring for them, or trump issues new marching orders

Steemit sucks, because you have to give them deep javascript power, its essentially a code engine, which means that it could be doing anything on your computers, its better to use a DUMB HTML server and just post text.

Hell even VOAT is collecting IP's and MAC's ( machine ID's ), R they purging? We don't know

Drop down to lower right hand corner and view Deleted subs, deleted users, you will see a pattern of who they silence and for what crime

well I actually like the fact they still let you watch the deleted ones. Also as long as they dont cencor me I'll not move to another site.

How are we upposed to get ANYTHING done when we move every few days? :P That would be the number one way to slience us: making us split up to 10 different sites :P
