How to search and compile multiple results in one txt file. ( pizzagate )

This is probably the wrong place to ask, but I saw someone post a list of all subreddits and I was wondering if it was possible to do a search of key words in a single txt file and then have all the strings of text tagged by the search put somewhere else. Sorry if I'm wording it weirdly.

The idea is to cross check the subreddits with keywords that are codewords that pedos use.

It ended up taking the pedos out, but where does that output.txt go? I looked for it and could only find one in the system32 folder but it was empty.

guess it uses relative position, means if will place it in the same subdirectory it currently thinks it is.

Could possibly work if you use a static adress like c://documents/output/output.txt as target directory
