Please don't upvote just looking for something- strange health condition and discoloration of eyes? ( pizzagate )

I saw something about a strange medical condition that creates a little discoloration of the iris, a condition that Soros, M McCann and almost all of the children posted on the jimmycomet Instagram account. This post had a pic with all the eyes zoomed in and the discoloration outlined to better see it. I'm not sure what this means but I would like to look into it and I'm having a hard time searching for it. Did anyone else see it?

Something else to look in to Madeleine Paternity I thought this was interesting info. Something about the DNA of Madeleine McCann. Not sure McCanns ever sued over it after threatening to.
