It seems he does construction, including demolition. Since the area around is so dusty, it might be a work site. It is just weird to see those 2 photos next to each other and with the comment he made. Unfortunately thats the problem when you peer into someone elses life through things like instagram, there is little to no context usually.

I've already investigated him. He is a suspect, but you are going to blow my investigation. Do you realize that as soon as you draw attention to something, that something will vanish?

Forget the saying, "if you see something, say something". Live by, "if you see something, do a full investigation and collect evidence, before someone yells (HEY LOOK) and causes all evidence to vanish."

Also, bringing attention to every thing you see, will cause you to miss the bigger picture.
