How do we know what Pasta,Hot-Dog,Cheese etc mean? ( pizzagate )

Do we have any pre-pizzagate sources for the following definitions? It seems like the most convincing evidence, if there's some certainty in what the codewords mean.

Cheese — Child Sauce — Orgy Pasta — Boy Hot Dog — Boy Ice Cream — Male prostitute Walnut — Young girl’s gentialia (or possibly an African-American) Dominos — BDSM domination Chicken — Young boy

I know some people may not think so, but I consider urban dictionary a reliable source for slang. I have used it for a decade at least to look up slang meanings.

Cheese/cheese pizza standing for children/child porn has been a thing since before the beginning of the chans.

I remember it being mentioned in the book 'We Are Anonymous' by Parmy Olson dated 2012. So that's pre PG, but I know it's older than that.
