The only pushback I would give to this video is the notion of "fluidity" causing the people to ask government to control them. Fluidity causes a social strife between the r-selected rabbits amongst the population that will not defend themselves and the K-selected aspect of the population that shock others with their bloodthirsty responses to genuine threats.

If the government is K-selected and trying to make a K-selected society such as during the dying days of the Wiemar Republic where Hitler was certainly not opposed to a violent reaction to danger, this is stable

If the government is r-selected and trying to make a r-selected society such as during the Soviet Union where Lenin was certainly not opposed to a rabbit-like aversion to violence, this is stable until you get a stalin.

There are other examples throughout history, but this will not avail pro-Tavistock/Mk-Delta sides. They are actually creating another failed state unless they quickly control the K-selected population from following and electing or helping-to-install a K-selected leader.
