Interesting, sure, but I would have asked some questions and looked myself further if allowed.

I would have asked, "Oh, a bar? Do kids go back there often?" And then asked more questions related to the response.

Once back there, I would have asked what's behind the curtain and inquire about the 20 men that you saw go back there. It could just be another room that eventually leads to a back entrance, or something nefarious. You can't pussy out on this stuff once you go in.

If a real person went there with a gun, they also would have brought a concealed handgun, not an ar15 or whatever the actor brought.

If it were me, I would just explore the F out of that place, open every curtain I could find. What's the worst that could happen? "Oh I was looking for the bathroom."
