Of course they are. Most people with biological children keep close tabs on them. Those aren't the kids that are going to get taken. Foster kids bounce around from home to home a few months at a time. If the foster home is abusive (not uncommon), the kids might run away for their own safety. Nobody cares about the whereabouts of foster kids, if they go missing people just shrug their shoulders and deal with all the other kids in the system.

Foster kids are a prime target for ANY trafficker, whether that be inside a foster organization, or entirely independent. This should be obvious. It does NOT prove that the foster system is intentionally handing kids over to traffickers.

That political correctness shit "boys, girls, and LGTBQ children..." chaps my ass.
