Not sure, but it's from 1979. Declassified in 2014. I don't see how Hillary was involved at all. Where are you getting that idea from? She was only SOS from 2009-2013.

The cable was sent in 1979. Hillary has nothing to do with this. At all.

The SOS in 1979 was Cyrus Vance.

The document is categorized in "meats" if you check the section out in wikileaks, it's full of various documents pertaining to meat imports and exports. Could be a supplier, or importer of pizza toppings. Interesting.

You are correct. It seems I have jumped the gun. No tie to HRC but given what is being looked at I feel this is still too coincidental to go ignored until further explored. Thank you for your correction this is why I posted on here. I want to get the facts like everyone else.
