(I know this is a stretch) Goldfish Fanciers (John podesta had the 14 fish sign on his hands, the points at the base of this card add up to 14) Nobel Peace Prize (The same women in the Goldfish Fancier card is shown here, maybe the "hint" they couldn't give) Hoax (The goldfish fancier card is being torn in half in the image on this card) Vile Secretions (Hoax is in turn being shown here)
