Have You Seen A "Debunking" Yet that Debunks Anything? ( pizzagate )

I've seen many claims being debunked here as we've gone along and a 'crowd sourced' effort to get things right and avoid false claims.

However, every "debunking" story from the MSM (NYT, Fortune, etc. etc.) or YouTube posts from places like The Young Turks makes no effort to address the legitimate questions we've raised.

Instead, they make conclusory statements dismissive of "Pizzagate" as a whole avoiding any real analysis. Not one story has mentioned the Instagram photos and comments and certainly didn't repeat what was posted on Comet Ping Pong's own web page for months. Not one discussed the bands playing at the 'family friendly' restaurant, the lyrics to their songs, websites (page 6 of Heavy Breathing's web page). Not one discussed Jimmy's friendship with Tony Podesta and Tony's strange art collection. Not one discussed the 'art' on the walls of Comet Ping Pong for years.

Along with dismissive statements, the 'debunking' efforts invent wild claims that I haven't seen on this board, though perhaps some other place discussing Pizzagate made them. The wilder the accusation the easier it is to debunk. They've also engaged 'guilt by association' by lumping Pizzagate into the alt-right movement or some racist conspiracy.

None of the 'real reports' bothered to mention the true scandals that have plagued D.C. in recent years, such as the Speaker of the House (3rd man in the chain of U.S. power) being sentenced for child sex abuse. They didn't mention Operation Flicker and ask where the thousands of D.C. governmental and Pentagon workers who had child sex porn on their computers are today.

TL;DR. The professional media class in the United States has devolved into political lapdogs who follow marching orders from the powers that be rather than do genuine investigative reporting.

The only debunking that we can consider is the one straigh from the horses mouth. We need counter claims and evidence from James Alefantis, John Podesta and everyone that is implicated. I am afraid people like the Clintons are out of our reach. They are way too powerful for us, only Trump can deal with them.

I think they're quiet for a reason. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law.

Note that that doesn't necessarily imply guilt, just that they're playing it safe. This would be a horrible time for one of them to misspeak even if they are totally innocent.

I've only looked at a few articles, and not one has mentioned the most controversial findings. It's obvious that the goal is to make a decision for people who wouldn't be inclined to dig deeper. They obviously couldn't post the Instagram pics, Heavy Breathing pics, etc., and just hand wave that Pizzagate is fake.

I was going to say the same thing. They typically run with the "it's a conspiracy theory by the alt-right that they unveiled just before the election that states that Hillary runs a pedo child trafficking ring out of a small pizza place in DC."

How many of those videos or articles give any of the info from the Podesta emails? None that I've seen because they never looked and they don't care to.

I agree totally. I'm not even going to look at any of these 'debunking' stories any more because I know they've got nothing.

They've all be completely dismissive and the writers seem to have been following orders. The orders have been to promote the concept of "FAKE NEWS" (create a 'crisis' to take advantage of the crisis --> censorship). The lack of journalistic integrity is extraordinary. Shows why New Media (us) kicked ass this past election.
