Love that he's sticking up for his right to comment on this scandal. And that's what it is. It's not "faux news", it's a SCANDAL.

I hope he and his lawyer prevail. It's ridiculous to think tweets are protected.

Wow. 2 strikes away from a perma-ban. I remember that "Smoking Gun" and it was just a discussion of Andrew Breitbart's comments about Podesta. That was a public statement by a journalist and it wasn't Seaman's claim. it was Andrew Breitbart's and Seaman using it was 'fair use.' I guess if you piss of the wrong people who have the right friends...
