1.) The employees really were accessing CP and they were covered for.

2.) The employees really were accessing CP and they were blackmailed in order to avoid prosecution.

3.) The employees had CP planted on them and were blackmailed to avoid prosecution.

That whole article reeked of blackmail and the Pentagon 5000 now makes more sense. I vote option 3). It makes no sense to go public with this story, to cite "hundreds of convictions" in previous cases, yet these guys got off? Not buying it. Fuckers.
